Social Entrepreneur, Co-Founder and Musical Director of Brazilian Voices, Inc since 2001. President of Blue Orchid Enterprises, a South Florida-based production company. The company works with producers, singers, musicians and composers seeking to gain a better understanding of primarily Brazilian and Hispanic cultures through events, festivals, recording projects, and cultural exchange programs. Loren Oliveira has been recognized for her achievements as singer, composer and producer. Aneliz was born in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul-Brazil, she has worked for many years in the tourism and airline industries in Brazil. In 2002 she moved to London-UK and for 3 years produced corporate and special events in hotels, venues like the Renaissance Chancery, Mandarin Oriental and Hilton Hotels. Since 2006, Aneliz is living in Florida-USA, producing events and musical concerts, venues like the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Cinema Paradiso and Miramar Cultural Center.
From an early age, Virna trained to produce specialized events for recognized companies hosting important seminars and congresses. Shortly after, she owned and managed a construction company for over a decade while pursuing an Interior Design degree. During that time she also worked closely with her mentor, Jefferson Bevilacqua, and the Escritorio de Produção on various aspects of major events, including project creation, concept, development, marketing, production and execution, for the City of Florianopolis in productions including the New Years City
Virna relocated to Miami, Florida in 2006 where she lived and worked for 4 years before moving to New York City, where she currently produces events and serves as an artist manager. In addition to her many events and productions in Miami, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, with her special interests and collaborations include patnerships with Brazil Classical and the vocal group, Brazilian Voices, in Florida. Most recently, Virna was responsible for producing a series of concerts consisting of Brazilian Musicians in Carnegie Hall, as well as a special Bibi Ferreira presentation at the Lincoln Center with guest artist Liza Minnelli.

Born in São Paulo, SP, Viviane Neves is a graduate in Business Administration, and has a Master in Business Administration. Having music as her real passion since childhood, she is the co-owner of BYZ Studios, a full feature audio solutions company, providing FOH and Monitor for concerts, system design and engineering, live recording, stereo and surround mixing, and mastering. Over the past 20 years she has also worked in live sound and studio projects with artists like Toquinho, Marcos Valles, Carlinhos Brown, Beatriz Malnic and Brazilian Voices.
For years now, Sue has been creating educational, musical and theatrical performances; along with holding positions as Artistic Director for a cultural non-profit organization, and consultant to several artists, programs, and concerts in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Though she holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and Physical Education and a Masters Degree in School Administration, Sue found opportunities to continue her studies through the arts. Her background living in a range of countries, including Brazil and Switzerland, has additionally broadened her vision to explore different artistic avenues, such as graphic design and studio recording. Today, Sue continues to develop platforms for exposure to multicultural exchanges and manages to seamlessly find intersections between art direction, design, and strategy.
Born in São Paulo, Maurício Thomsen has a background in Technology, working for a diversity of companies in retail, finance, medical, and publishing area. An avid photographer on his free time, he has been involved in all aspects on productions, collaborating on the marketing material, design concept, operational and logistics, mostly in South Florida in venues like Broward Center For The Performing Arts, Miramar Cultural Center and Aventura & Arts Cultural Center.
